Do you require accounts/bank statements?

No. Unlike the majority of UK lenders, we won’t ask for your business account records or bank statements. 

We think invoice financing should be as easy as possible. That’s why we let you do the whole thing online in just a few minutes. All you need to do is send us:

- Your invoice

- The debtor's contact details for verification

What contact information do you need for my customer?

When entering your customer's details, we recommend avoiding a generic accounts email address. If possible, try to provide the contact details of a specific person in the accounts team.

This speeds up the validation process for your invoice so you can get paid faster.

What if I’ve already invoiced a client myself?

If you've already invoiced a client independently, you'll need to create a new invoice through Penny. 

Once your account is set up, your account manager will guide you on how to credit note the original invoice to your debtor.
